There are many time travel novels, but this one stands out for its very authentic approach to the perils and experiences of traveling through time to another culture…Highly recommended for historical and paranormal romance fans.

Quarles nails the contemporary romance elements of the book as well as she does the historical, painting a vivid picture of medieval life….She doesn’t shy away from the grit and danger of life seven hundred years ago, and her detailed development of the novel’s setting makes the story come alive…. Quarles skillfully manages the challenge of making a twenty-first century woman and a thirteenth century man clash and grow and develop a bond, despite barriers of language, culture, and their very different notions of how society works. I loved Quarles’s turn of phrase, her tight, quick pacing, and her ability to make me feel as if I was time travelling back to medieval Wales right along with her heroine. MUST LOVE CHAINMAIL is a fun, sexy time travel romance with a breathless pace, appealing characters, and the kind of dialogue that had me laughing out loud.

I was captivated by the blend of colorful historical backdrop, well-developed characters, and an exciting well-paced plot…a blast to the past that kept me riveted from cover to cover. Time travel romance fans really need to grab this one.
